Story Board 2

This is my second story board for my History of Fashion class. The illustrations are done in Prismacolor coloured pencils and Caran d'Ache watercolour crayons. The drawing on the left is an ensemble inspired by several fashion plates in La Mode Illustree from the 1860s, including the one on the board. The other was inspired by the Mantua, a garment worn by women in the late 1600s and early 1700s. There's a picture of one on the board. My professor likes for us to include pictures of the garments our designs were based off of/inspired by.
